How to stay on top of your regimen during the dog days of summer

When the heat hits, it can be common to find yourself lacking motivation and energy when it comes to your health regimen. 2. Set attainable goals

Setting a daunting goal is not only intimidating, but disregards the progress you make along the way. With an attainable goal in mind, celebrate the small things and keep track of the progress you have made all along the way.
