Success Stories from NHQ Customers
My name is Arielle. My journey to a healthy, fit life began in 2010. I was not raised in an athletic family, so I was not educated in the way of healthy eating or exercise. At the time I was 280 lbs, depressed, and very unhappy with my image. I wanted to change, however, I didn’t know how or where to start.
I had tried many products and saw 0 results. With the help of NutritionHQ’s knowledgeable staff, I’ve found some great products & dropped 135lbs and packed on a lot of muscle*!
In June 2013 I tore my ACL playing soccer. I had the false idea that I could still do what I used to when I was fit. After having complete reconstructive surgery, I struggled to get through physical therapy. The inability to be able to move my own body was a wake-up call. I realized I needed to lose weight and start living a healthier lifestyle. I have struggled for many years with emotional eating, low energy, and a low metabolism. I enlisted the help of NutritionHQ and a personal trainer.
The assistance I have received from NutritionHQ staff has been very important. Their knowledge about products, suggestions for exercise, and amazing kindness has brought me back time and time again. I have used different products including Lady Lean, Lipo Blast, Diamonic Cutz, Tone Complex, and Ultra Trim. I had great assistance in choosing which products to try. The staff at NutritionHQ have always been willing to listen and help me. It is with their assistance as well as the support of my trainer, husband, and family that I have made the successful change to a healthier lifestyle.
Alongside using products from NutritionHQ I began watching what I ate and exercising. Weight loss has been slow but steady. I have had many plateau’s and at times my weight went up instead of down. however, I went from having difficulty going up the stairs to running my first 5K*. I have now completed my first half marathon. I have lost 4 shirt sizes and 4 pants sizes. My total weight-loss is 65 pounds*. Above all, I enjoy feeling confident again. I also enjoy simple things such as fitting into the movie seats, being able to squeeze into a crowded elevator, and being able to wear a swimsuit again. While I have made a large improvement, I still have a little way to go before I reach my goal but I am continuing to strive for it.
Basically my story began in the summer of 2013. Its the best season to be alive; summer concerts, pickup basketball, and late nights with no worries. I took a picture with a couple good friends of mine at a concert, and I was just shocked at how terrible I looked. On that day I decided to quit soda. About a month later I started classes at Ball State, where my roommate and I decided to start going to the gym. When I first stepped on the scale it read out a whopping 370 pounds. I was in shock, I hadn’t had soda in a month, so I always wonder what I was before I quit that. But from that day forward, I have dedicated my time to the grind. The first year was all lifting, no diet restrictions really… I drank protein and stuff like that but I ate whenever I wanted when I wanted. Then when new years hit this year, I decided to begin my journey of Clean Eating. When I started the clean eating process I was 315, now today (Mar 23) I am weighing in at 280 lbs. Obviously I still have a lot of work to go, but I am proud to share my progress so far. NutirtionHQ. helped me take my workouts and diet to the next level, thus making me a lifetime customer. Kevin J
Hey Andy, I met you this morning when I was in. Since August, using supplements from your company, life-style changes, better food, and daily workouts, I have lost (as checked in today) 68 lbs. My blood pressure is now 116/65, and my energy level is fantastic. You mentioned before/after photos. I don’t have any full-body shots from before, as I tended to avoid mirrors and cameras. However, I’ve attached a side-by-side pic that shows a shot of me one week before I started my “diet” (August 2014) and one I took two days ago. Together, they are the closest I have of my actual start to current. (I was at the Disney museum with nieces/nephews, so please excuse the Minnie Mouse drawing in front of me.) Thanks to all of your supportive and encouraging staff. Dava
Nutrition HQ has provided me with a whole new way to experience life. Two years ago, I decided to make a change and become a healthier person after years of telling myself, “maybe next year.” I walked into Nutrition HQ and explained what my goals were to the staff, specifically Jeremy Sexton. Jeremy along with the rest of the staff showed a passion in what they do and were sincerely interested in helping me achieve my goals. This genuine interest in my success, further helped to push me towards my goal. The staff not only explained in detail what benefits the products could provide, they also helped me establish a plan for success. This plan was tailored to my lifestyle and was not a one size, fits all plan addressing mind and body. Furthermore, throughout the entire process they advised me and updated the plan as I progressed towards my goal, as to help me maximize my results. Additionally, they reminded me that the plan and products were not a quick fix and would not see results overnight, but if I put in the time and effort that the results would show. True to their word, the results have come to show. I also appreciated that they were not trying to push things on me that I didn’t want nor need, they just wanted to see me succeed. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none and they have never steered me wrong.
To date, I have lost approximately 80lbs of fat and have replaced it with muscle. Even now as my goals have shifted from fat loss to increasing my strength, the staff is still there to help me keep achieving. I have a bright outlook for the healthier me and cannot wait to see what the future holds. I feel like a whole new person and could not have done it without the support of the Nutrition HQ staff.
